Private stay access
Your Journey link is for the named Guest and stay only. Do not post, forward or share the link or any entry details with unauthorised people. The Host may revoke access when needed to protect the stay.
Guest responsibilities
Use Journey lawfully, provide accurate arrival information, follow the Host's house rules and check-out instructions, and keep any keys, access instructions and security details private.
Your Airbnb booking
Journey provides check-in information; it does not replace or alter your Airbnb booking, cancellation terms, payments, Host agreement or Airbnb's own rules. Booking questions should be handled in your Airbnb conversation.
Safety and availability
Journey is not an emergency service. In an emergency, contact local emergency services first. The service may occasionally be unavailable, and the Host can provide instructions through Airbnb if needed.
Misuse
Attempts to bypass verification, access another stay, copy private instructions or disrupt the service may result in immediate access revocation and further action where appropriate.
